3. Consulting Services & Digital Products
- Consulting Services. Engagement for consulting, advisory, or project-based services is governed by a separate, formal written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between Adeeb Khan and the client. Information on this Service is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to contract. Services aim to deliver strategic, user-centric outcomes tailored to client needs, with details outlined in the SOW.
- Digital Products. Digital Products offered for sale or download are subject to specific terms presented at the point of purchase or download. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Access is granted for individual use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed without express written permission.
4. Data Privacy
Data privacy and collection practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). By using the Service, you agree to the terms outlined therein.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adeeb Khan and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
8. Links to other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., case studies, social media platforms) not owned or controlled by Adeeb Khan. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You acknowledge that Adeeb Khan shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on such content or services. Review their terms and policies separately.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access with 7 days’ prior notice for breaches of these Terms, except in cases of severe violation (e.g., fraud or illegal activity), where immediate action may be taken. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) Rules, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be London, England. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
